I am thinking of purchasing a 1994 Nitro Rick Clunn 160TF w/ a 60 HP Mercury engine. I would like to have some input on this boat. I will be using it mostly for fishing, but occassionally some light tubing or sking.
Do any of you have this boat? Will I have enough motor to get my feet wet in the boating arena, or should I go bigger? Does it handle good on the water?
I'm new to the the boating arena and would value any input that you may have. Help me make a few decesions and I'll be forever grateful.

I have a 1994 Nitro 160tf with 60hp mercury tracker pro. Bought from a guy who let it sit in driveway too long. Have fixed all that was needed, however, I'm not getting any power to one switch panel that houses lights, bilge, aerator, and horn.

Tie down kits are necessary for trailering because they do not stretch.
